Rain floods the desert city of Dubai

Heavy rains fell over Dubai in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). Roads looked like rivers and rainwater entered the homes of people. Dubai is a hot, desert city that has never seen such record rainfall over the last 75 years. Some people say the rainfall could be due to cloud seeding when chemicals are released into the air to make rain. But scientists say the rainfall was due to a natural storm.
