People driving through Vigo Park in Texas, USA were amazed to see huge hailstones fall from the sky. Hailstones are balls of frozen water droplets that form in air and fall on Earth. Some of the big hailstones fell on the cars and cracked the windows. But there was one hailstone that might set the record as the biggest of all ice balls. The hailstone was 17.78 centimetres long and was as large as a pineapple.
