Kaziranga sees drop in rhino hunting

Kaziranga National Park in Assam is well known for its number of Greater One-horned rhinos. For many years, rhinos had been hunted and killed for their horns. But due to the strict measures taken by the Government of Assam, rhino hunting has come down by 86 percent. There are forest guards to protect the rhinos from hunters. Officials check the forest with the help of satellite imaging and drones to track down hunters.
