India hosted 1st Kho Kho World Cup in Jan 2025

23 countries participated in the Kho Kho World Cup held in India in January 2025. The games were organized by the International Kho Kho Federation (IKKF). Indian men’s and women’s teams won the World Cup trophy. Kho Kho is an old sport that has been played in India for more than 2,000 years. Efforts are being made to include the game in the Asian and Olympic Games.
