Global opera competition to be held in India

The 31st edition of Operalia, an international competition for opera singers, will be presented in India for the first time. The competition will be held from September 15-21 at Mumbai’s National Centre for the Performing Arts (NCPA). The opera singers will be judged by a group of international judges. The finals will have a group concert with all the participants performing with the Symphony Orchestra of India.
