Global Peace Index 2024

The Institute for Economics and Peace (IEP) released its Global Peace Index report, 2024. It covers 163 nations which are occupied by 99 percent of people in the world. According to the survey, wars that countries fight with one another is reducing global peace. Due to such fights, millions of people are losing their homes or their lives. As per IEP, Iceland is the most peaceful country while the Middle East and North Africa are the least peaceful regions.
