Earth will get a temporary second moon.

A tiny bit of asteroid called 2024 PT5 got separated from the Arjuna asteroid belt in space and is moving close to Earth. 2024 PT5 will go around the Earth from 29th September to 25th November. NASA scientists who spotted the asteroid call it a "mini-moon" as it travels around the Earth, just like our own moon. After two months, PT5 will return to the asteroid belt. NASA has tracked thousands of asteroids in space.
