EU makes new plan to protect European nations

The European Union (EU) made a five-part plan to help the countries of Europe. It will start a project called ReArm Europe. It will set aside billions of Euros to give military support to European countries that are attacked by other countries. The plan was made after the USA refused to help Ukraine in its war against Russia. After ReArm Europe is formed, EU countries will send weapons to help Ukraine during the war.
