Canada’s Parliament supports Tibet’s right to make its own rules

The Canadian Parliament has agreed to a rule that gives more freedom to Tibet. According to the rule, Tibetans are a ‘people and a nation’ that can choose their own social, trade, and religious policies. It will also get the right to choose the next Dalai Lama or religious leader. This will prevent China from trying to keep Tibet under its control.
