Astronauts Return to Earth After 9 Months

NASA’s astronauts Butch Wilmore and Sunita Williams returned to Earth on a SpaceX Crew Dragon spaceship on March 18th, 2025. In June 2024, NASA sent the two astronauts to the International Space Station (ISS). The spacecraft that was supposed to bring them back had some repairs. So, the astronauts had to spend nine months in space, where they conducted many experiments. Williams and Wilmore had big, happy smiles when they returned to Earth.
