Algeria’s New President

78-year-old Abdelmadjid Tebboune has been reelected as the President of Algeria in Northern Africa. 94 percent of voters had cast their votes for Abdelmadjid Tebboune. It was a great victory for Tebboune as his opposing candidates got only 2-3 percent of votes. Elections were held on the 7th of September, 2024. Tebboune will be the President for the next 5 years.
